Hello, Internet! My name is Aaron Moskal (hence the weird last name in the blog’s title. It’ll catch on…right?). My life is a little unconventional. I live in Los Angeles…well, sometimes Beirut… or Budapest. I’m not a digital nomad. I’m not an influencer. I’m just lucky guy with a weird job and a passion for seeing the less visited corners of our planet. Sometimes I’m a backpacker in a country for a week. Sometimes I’m that guy who accidentally moved to Lebanon for two years. Whether I’m playing tourist or expat, I’m not above breaking a law to get to a cute animal and no bakery is safe when I’m in town.
I work behind the scenes on movies and TV shows which keeps me on the road most of the time. That can mean an exotic souq in Morocco or a swamp in St. Francisville, Louisiana. When I’m not working, I’m pursuing my goal of visiting every country in the world.
I’m on country number 80 and it feels like it’s time to carve out a little corner of the internet to start keeping track. I’ll be here, posting my (mis)adventures and pictures of stuff I’m seeing and eating (mostly eating) along the way.
